Traiphal ghrita is a poly-herbal ghrita described in Vrinda Madhava under the chapter of ‘Netra Rogadhyay Chikitsa’. Traiphal ghrita comes under  sneha Kalpana who ensures the absorption of therapeutically active constituents of the drugs used for the preparation. Apart from this the constituents of  this ghrita are easily available, internal use of this medicine is safe, and there is no possibility of complications.
